Zoocard is prescribed to animals for congestion caused by chronic heart failure, arterial hypertension, diabetic nephropathy, chronic diffuse kidney disease (non-diabetic nephropathy), and cardiomyopathies of various origins; to reduce the risk of myocardial infarction and stroke. The drug is also indicated for increasing exercise tolerance and survival in animals with congenital heart defects. The use of Zoocard does not preclude the use of other drugs for specific and symptomatic therapy. Zoocard is administered to animals orally (inside), individually with a small amount of feed, at a rate of 1 tablet per 20 kg of animal weight once a day. The course of treatment is 21-28 days, depending on the individual characteristics of the organism and the nature of the disease. The duration of therapy and the subsequent dose of the drug are determined by a veterinarian individually for each animal.

Зоокард назначают животным при застойных явлениях, вызванных хронической сердечной недостаточностью, при артериальной гипертензии, при диабетической нефропатии, при хронических диффузных заболеваниях почек (недиабетическая нефропатия), при кардиомиопатиях различного генеза; для снижения риска развития инфаркта миокарда и инсульта. Препарат показан также для повышения выносливости к физическим нагрузкам и выживаемости у животных с врожденными пороками сердца. Применение Зоокарда не исключает использование других лекарственных средств специфической и симптоматической терапии. Зоокард применяют животным перорально (внутрь), индивидуально с небольшим количеством корма из расчета 1 таблетка на 20 кг массы животного 1 раз в сутки. Курс лечения составляет 21-28 дней, в зависимости от индивидуальных особенностей организма и характера течения заболевания. Продолжительность курса терапии и последующую дозу препарата устанавливает ветеринарный врач индивидуально для каждого животного.
