Antifungal shampoo with propolis for animals has an antiseptic, antifungal, antibacterial, antipruritic, and deodorizing effect on animal skin.
Ketoconazole is an artificially synthesized imidazole-dioxolane derivative.
The mycostatic effect of ketoconazole occurs due to the inhibition of the biosynthesis of ergosterol, phospholipids, and triglycerides in fungi, which leads to irreversible changes in membrane composition and impaired cell wall permeability.
Ketoconazole has a pronounced antifungal effect against dermatophytes (Trichophyton verrucosum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton equinum, Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum), yeasts (Candida spp., and Malassezia spp.) and dimorphic fungi.
Piroctone olamine is active against fungi Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton verrucosum, Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum and others, bacteria E.
coli, Salmonella spp., Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp., Enterobacteriacea spp.
and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Prevents dandruff.
Propolis extract, included in the shampoo, has an antibacterial and antifungal effect.
Being a source of vitamins, organic acids and microelements, it actively nourishes, heals the skin and coat, improves their structure, providing a flawless appearance, softness and shine.
Propolis extract also prolongs the effect of piroctone olamine.

Composition: ketoconazole - 20 mg, piroctone olamine - 5 mg, propolis extract - 0.5 mg and auxiliary components: cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamide DEA, sodium laureth sulfate, D-panthenol, St.
John's wort extract, chamomile extract, citric acid, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, fragrance, purified water.
INDICATIONS FOR USE: Antifungal shampoo with propolis for animals is used: - for hygienic care of the skin and coat of animals (deep cleansing and moisturizing of the skin, nutrition and strengthening of the coat); - for the prevention and treatment of dermatomycosis (seborrhea, microsporia, trichophytosis and others); - to normalize the sebaceous glands; - for the sanitation of wounds, abrasions and cracks; - as part of complex therapy in the treatment of parasitic skin diseases.
The drug is used in animals from 3 weeks of age. ORDER OF APPLICATION: Before starting treatment, carefully comb the animal's coat with a comb, freeing the affected areas of the skin from crusts and dandruff. Apply shampoo to wool moistened with warm water, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the body, rub in with massaging movements until abundant foam is formed, avoiding contact with mucous membranes and preventing the animal from licking the foam. After 5-10 minutes, rinse the shampoo thoroughly with warm water, and dry and comb the animal's coat. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
Depending on the pathology, to achieve an optimal therapeutic effect, the animal should be treated every 5-7 days until clinical recovery. To prevent skin diseases of various etiologies, 1-2 treatments per month are sufficient.

Шампунь антигрибковый с прополисом для животных оказывает антисептическое, противогрибковое, противобактериальное, противозудное и дезодорирующее действие на кожу животных.Кетоконазол – искусственно синтезированное производное имидазол-диоксолана.
Микостатический эффект кетоконазола возникает за счет торможения биосинтеза эргостерола, фосфолипидов и триглицеридов в грибах, что приводит к необратимым изменениям в составе мембран и нарушению проницаемости клеточной стенки. Кетоконазол оказывает выраженное противогрибковое действие в отношении дерматофитов (Trichophyton verrucosum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton equinum, Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum), дрожжей (Candida spp., и Malassezia spp.) и диморфных грибов.
Пироктон оламин проявляет активность в отношении грибов Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton verrucosum, Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum и других, бактерий E.coli, Salmonella spp., Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp., Enterobacteriacea spp. и Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Экстракт прополиса, входящий в состав шампуня, оказывает антибактериальное и антимикотическое действие. Являясь источником витаминов, органических кислот и микроэлементов, активно питает, оздоравливает кожу и шерсть, улучшает их структуру, обеспечивая безупречный внешний вид, мягкость и лоск.
Экстракт прополиса также пролонгирует действие пироктон оламина.
Экстракты трав снимают воспаление, раздражение и зуд. Бережно увлажняют, успокаивают и восстанавливают кожу.
D-пантенол (Провитамин В5) способствует восстановлению структуры кожи при нарушении ее целостности (трещинах, дерматитах, ожогах и т.д.), предохраняет от пересыхания и шелушения. Активные компоненты шампуня обеспечивают нормализацию водно-липидного баланса кожи, глубокое увлажнение шерстного покрова и предупреждают излишнюю линьку у животного.
Состав: кетоконазол - 20 мг, пироктон оламин - 5 мг , экстракт прополиса - 0,5 мг и вспомогательные компоненты: кокамидопропил бетаин, кокамид ДЭА, натрия лауретсульфат, D-пантенол, экстракт зверобоя, экстракт ромашки, лимонная кислота, метилхлороизотиазолинон, метилизотиазолинон, отдушка, вода очищенная. ПОКАЗАНИЯ К ПРИМЕНЕНИЮ: Шампунь антигрибковый с прополисом для животных применяют:- для гигиенического ухода за кожно-шерстным покровом животных (глубокое очищение и увлажнение кожи, питание и укрепление шерсти);- для профилактики и лечения дерматомикозов (себореи, микроспории, трихофитии и прочих);- для нормализации работы сальных желез;- для санации ран, ссадин и трещин;- в составе комплексной терапии при лечении паразитарных заболеваний кожи.
Препарат применяют животным с 3-х недельного возраста. ПОРЯДОК ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ: Перед началом обработки аккуратно расчесывают шерсть животного гребнем, освобождая пораженные участки кожи от корок и перхоти. На смоченную теплой водой шерсть наносят шампунь, равномерно распределяя по всей поверхности тела, массирующими движениями втирают до образования обильной пены, избегая попадания на слизистые оболочки и предотвращая слизывание пены животным. Через 5-10 минут шампунь тщательно смывают теплой водой, а шерсть животного высушивают и расчесывают. При необходимости процедуру повторяют.
В зависимости от патологии для достижения оптимального терапевтического эффекта обработку животного необходимо повторять каждые 5-7 дней до клинического выздоровления.Для профилактики заболеваний кожи различной этиологии достаточно 1-2 обработок животного в месяц.
