Our Balsamico di Modena is made by a third generation producer according to the strict EU laws of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and (Indication géographique protégée).

Density is crucial to understanding premium balsamic. As a rule of thumb, the lower the density, the more acidity on the palate. The higher the density, the stickier and sweeter. Perfect for mixing with our Extra Virgin Olive Oils for a delicious dip or even make your own tasty marinades.

Over time, the blend evaporates in a series of wooden casks and the natural fruit sugars in the must contribute to the viscosity and sweetness of this remarkable vinegar. INGREDIENTS Wine Vinegar Cooked Grape Must. DIRECTIONS Make a classic salad dressing by simply adding to extra virgin olive oil. For a low-cal alternative, our balsamic vinegar works just as well on it's own. Add a few drops to olive oil in a small dish for dunking some delicious country bread.
