Our First Harvest Olive Oil Package, prepared from our low-acid, health-giving First Harvest Olive Oils.
Our garden is located in Köprübasi, Manisa, known for its unique climate conditions and fertile soil. The olive oils obtained during the first harvest from our Arbequina olives, grown using the single-garden principle in this fertile region, have a unique flavor profile. These very special Arbequina olive oils are produced through a meticulous harvesting process.
Arbequina olives are a variety with a high oil content. They are carefully picked when they reach optimum ripeness and quickly pressed to capture the best aroma. After picking, the olives must be pressed before they undergo structural deformation.
Our harvested Arbequina olives are processed using modern pressing techniques. We carefully select the equipment used during this stage to maximize the quality of our olive oil and achieve a fresh, fruity flavor profile. Our cold pressing method maximizes the fruit's potential in terms of deliciousness, health, and flavor.
