It is used in the production of water-based jelly. Its solution is quite transparent. When used with locust bean gum, it forms a very durable gel. It increases the yield in meat products. It is pure and does not contain buffer salt.

USAGE AREAS:It is a general gelling agent.Used as a gelling agent in water-based desserts jellies. (0.3-0.8 )Used as a thickener and gelling agent in all other foods.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:Depending on the desired consistency, use 1-2 grams per 1 kg. To activate, it must be heated to at least 70 C. Increase or decrease the dosage according to the application.

STORAGE:2 years in a cool, dry place, unopened. Once opened, the packaging should be sealed to prevent moisture. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
