This digital thermometer for the forehead delivers measurements in seconds. The measurement starts at just the touch of a button. The end of the measuring time is signalled with a short beep and the measured value appears on the clear LCD display. If the acoustic signal is switched on, three beeps will sound once the measurement is complete and if the temperature is equal to or higher than 38.0°C. There is also a Fever alert with ‘faces’ – Laughing Smiley + green LED means good; Sad Smiley + red LED means the temperature is 38° or above and there is a cause for concern. There is also an amber light which indicates the temperature OK but to keep an eye on how it progresses. This non-invasive measurement process provides an exceptionally hygienic and safe way to measure temperatures.
