CHICKPEA AND BUCKWheat FLOUR PANCAKE INGREDIENTS:

1 egg yolk.
1 small potato
3-4 slices of zucchini
2 small sweet green peppers
Purslane leaves
3 tablespoons organic chickpea flour
1-2 tablespoons organic buckwheat flour
75 ml kefir
100 ml water
1 2 (half) teaspoon garlic powder
1 2 (half) teaspoon cumin
Organic Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHICKPEA AND BUCKWHEAT FLOUR PANCAKE:

Finely chop the vegetables and fry them in a pan with a little organic olive oil.

Then, we add water and let it cook until it softens.

We prepare the pancake mixture by mixing the vegetables and other ingredients.

We grease a preheated pan with olive oil, add a spoonful of the pancake mixture to the pan, and cook both sides.
