Recipe:Cold Ayran Soup
Boil the BEYORGANIC grain mixture, which you've soaked the day before, in plenty of water. Then rinse it in cold water and strain. Once the mixture has cooled in the refrigerator, add 3-4 tablespoons of the instant soup grain mixture from the refrigerator to a container of yogurt. Top with mint and olive oil. Add a few ice cubes and your mixture is ready.
Salad Dressing
- 4 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1 4 Teacup Olive Oil
- 1 2 Lemon Juice
- Salt
Mix all the ingredients and make a dressing. Combine this dressing with the grain mixture in the refrigerator. Pour the dressing over the arugula and purslane salad in the serving bowl.
