INGREDIENTS Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) 100 ( certified organic ingredient) DESCRIPTION Organic plantain peels are valuable due to their very high fiber content. When mixed with water, they loosen mucus and form a gel that facilitates the movement of contents through the intestines. The peels can be consumed as a beverage, covered with water, milk, or fruit juice. They can also be added to bread or used as a thickener for soups and sauces. Psyllium husk is particularly recommended in combination with psyllium seeds in a ratio of 20 peel to 80 seeds, providing essential fiber. RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION Do not exceed 5 teaspoons per day, and exercise caution when giving to children. It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids when consuming the peels. Psyllium husk est particulièrement recommandé en combinaison avec des graines de psyllium dans le rapport de 20 de la peau et 80 des graines, sous la forme de fibres dites vitales.
