What is collagen?Collagen,is one of the essential proteins in the body. It helps with skin regeneration by ensuring the integrity and flexibility of all connective tissue, including tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and bones. Collagen makes up 100 of the body's proteins.
Bromelain,is a mixture of enzymes found in the pineapple plant that have active effects in the body. Among the active ingredients in bromelain are proteinases and proteases, enzymes responsible for protein breakdown in the body. It can be obtained from the stem or fruit of the pineapple.
