• Calm down and relax for a while before taking the measurement.
• The cuff maintain at the same level as your heart.
• Do not eat exercise smoke or drink alcohol in 30 minutes before the test.
• Avoid measuring after dinner or drinking within 1 hour.
• Test at the same time every day.
• Do not cross your legs while doing the test.
• Do not talk or move during the measurement.
• Avoid taking a measurement during stressful time.
