Frequently Asked Questions & Solutions

The reading is not accurate	For help you get the better accuracy, pls follow these tip. Be seated in a chair with back support. Position your arm,so the cuff is at the same level as your heart. Place both feet on the ground IMPORTANT: The wrist cuff must be at the same level as your heart, or accurate will not possible. (Your heart is located slightly below your left armpit.)
How to change the date	Press "SET" button 3s to start to set up, and press "MEN" to change the time or date, the details pls see the blood pressure monitor operation video
How to close the voice	In sleep mode, press the "SET" button for 3 seconds, you can see you can set up the date and time, you can set up them first or pass them, directly press 6 times to reach the voice mode. Press SET button to enter voice selection mode (SP mode), press MEM button to switch. SP ON or SP OFF displays and flashes, SP ON indicates that voice function is on, and SP OFF is voice off. NOTE: If you replace the batteries all modes need to set up again.

How can i see reading of "kpa"	Press "SET"6 times then you can see the "PA OFF", press the "MEN" button let it "OFF" to "ON",then you can see the kpa reading.
