Produced from local Manavgat sesame seeds. We source 100 local products in their purest, cleanest, and most natural state and soak them in sesame cleaning and soaking pools. We change the water hourly until the bitterness is released, and then let the sesame seeds reach the desired hulling consistency.The cleaned Manavgat sesame seeds are removed from the pool, and some of the hulling is removed to achieve a whole-wheat consistency.The hulled sesame seeds are roasted in our roasting ovens until they reach their desired consistency. After 3-4 hours, the roasted sesame seeds are lowered into the roasting ovens and stirred until they cool to room temperature.The cooled Manavgat sesame seeds are sifted and cleaned in the sifting section until they reach their purest state.The cleaned sesame seeds are crushed under tons of stones in water-powered stone mills, which are then turned into tahini.The ground tahini is packaged in boxes of various weights and varieties, untouched by human hands, in the cleanest and most sterile environments, and is then presented to you.A Sesame Story. :)
