Produced from local Manavgat sesame seeds. We purchase 100 local products in their cleanest, purest, and most natural state and soak them in sesame cleaning and soaking pools. We change the water hourly until the bitterness is released, and then let the sesame seeds reach the desired hulling consistency.The cleaned Manavgat sesame seeds are taken from the pool, and some of the hulling is removed to achieve a whole-wheat consistency.The hulled sesame seeds are roasted in our roasting ovens until they reach their desired hulling consistency. After 3-4 hours, the roasted sesame seeds are removed and stirred until they cool to room temperature.
