High quality, certified organic stone-ground Uji Matcha. Made from 100 tea leaves grown in JAS organic certified tea plantations in Uji, Kyoto. This matcha possesses features of quality Uji green tea: rich and deep flavour, exceptionally fragrant aroma and delicately bitter aftertaste. It also has smooth and subtle sweetness, a characteristic of organically grown matcha. Excellent for adding to desserts and drinking recipes as well as tea whisked in a bowl for tea ceremony. INGREDIENTS Green Tea INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Filter 1-2 grams of matcha powder into a cup, add water between 70-80 C and beat until foamy. This covers the service recommendation and the product type and the general knowledge of the preparation of the matcha. SAFETY WARNING Contains caffeine.
