This mushroom mix is a great and essential ingredient for your kitchen cupboard, they absorb plenty of moisture when cooked, boiled or cooked into sauces. The average size for these dried mushrooms is 60-90mm. They are a mixture of Boletus, Oyster Mushrooms, Black Fungus and Ceps. It can be used in many recipes, such as soups, stir-fries, risotto, omelettes, pasta, pizza and stews. Hydrate the mushrooms for 20-30 minutes with boiling water in a bowl before using. Once that's done, rinse them off and they're ready to cook.
