Character and Taste: This coffee has a pronounced character. Its balanced aroma is reminiscent of chocolate and caramel, which intensifies even further when cooled. Its sweet smoothness will warm you up! Thanks to this unique taste, the coffee has been awarded the Cup of Excellence by international coffee experts. Some of the pulp is removed, and the beans are placed in the sun to dry. During this two-day drying process, the coffee beans release the sweetness from the residual pulp, thus preserving their incomparable taste. Origin and Plantation: Our "São Bento" comes from the southeastern federal state of Minas Gerais, from a farm located near the city of Carmo de Paranaíba. Here, the intensely aromatic Yellow Catuai Arabica variety is cultivated at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level. After a rough sorting, the cherries are placed in a water tank according to their degree of ripeness.Caractère et goût Ce café a un caractère prononcé. Son arôme équilibré rappelle le chocolat et le caramel, qui s'intensifie encore lorsqu'il est refroidi. Avec sa douceur sucrée, vous allez vous réchauffer ! Ici, la variété Arabica intense d'arôme Yellow Catuai est cultivée à une hauteur de 1100 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer.
