Ambruvase Guatemala Fedecocagua Filter Coffee 1 kg is carefully processed and presented from high-quality, single-origin coffee beans grown in the region of Antigua, the former capital of Guatemala, located in south-central Guatemala.
These beans are produced in the rich volcanic soils of the Santa Rosa Valleys in the Three Volcanoes region of Antigua and at very high altitudes.
These coffee beans grown in the Santa Rosa Valley have two quality standards.
The first of these is the Shb (Strictly Hard Bean) standard, which guarantees the hardness and density of the coffee bean.
This standard is equivalent to the SGH (Strictly High Grown) standard, which defines the altitude of the coffee above sea level.
Coffee grown at higher altitudes ripens slowly at lower temperatures.
Beans grown under these conditions intensify their flavor and aroma.
The second is the EP (European Preparation) standard, which means that the raw coffee is individually and patiently cleaned by hand of any imperfections, spoilage, or foreign matter before processing.

He's old, he's grumpy, but he adds his bitterness to his coffee.
For him, the coffee he grows isn't his possessions, but the love he lacks for his children.
His specially grown coffee was drunk on every corner, not a part of every conversation, but I hope his name becomes a part of every conversation. It will leave chocolate cream, touches of caramel, and hints of hazelnut and cashew on your palate, rewarding you for getting out of bed in the morning.
Thanks to its low acidity, it's good for your stomach.
