Camins de Verdor Umami Olive Oil in a 500ml bottle. Made from premium Arbequina olives, Camins de Verdor Umami is a delicately sweet extra virgin olive oil with a mild and fragrant profile. Fresh, with brief notes of bitterness and spiciness as a true expression of character, its palate offers a wide range of aromas of fresh fruit and nuances of almond and aromatic herbs, harmonious and with great personality. The olives are harvested when they reach the stage of ripeness known as "Pre Envera," meaning when approximately fifty percent of the olive is yellowish-green to reddish-brown, with few black fruits.
