Usage:Apply to dry, clean skin and rub in 20 minutes before going out. Approximately 35 mL should be administered for an average-sized adult. This is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sunscreen on each arm, leg, front of the body, back of the body, and face (including neck and ears).
