- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons CanMar Cold Pressed Flax Oil
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced OR 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons peel and grated fresh ginger OR 2 teaspoons ground ginger
Place all ingredients in a blender and store in an airtight glass container until used.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before use. Keep remaining dressing refrigerated for up to one week.
