General Information:
These are local, village-raised almonds, not real almonds. Their shells don't separate or break easily, so they can sometimes be difficult to consume. Therefore, we crack them fresh for you and turn them into paste with a special machine.

How did we produce it?
Our almond trees in our region are meticulously harvested. After the almonds have undergone a flatoxin analysis, we offer them for retail sale. They are then ground into a paste using a machine system, after which they are dehumidified at a controlled temperature.

You can consume it plain or with honey or another sweetener. Almond paste is also the easiest way to make almond milk.
