General Information

How did we produce it?

Our orchard is a local walnut orchard. Besides being a local product, we also use local walnut varieties. We have many walnut trees of varying ages, the oldest of which is 30 years old. We have 10-12 varieties of local walnuts on our land. They all have different tastes, flavors, and textures, but their common characteristic is their exceptionally delicious flavor. Besides their high oil content, they also have a distinct aroma.

We begin harvesting every year between the end of July and the beginning of August. The walnuts we carefully pick from the trees are dried in special drying areas. They are not exposed to any chemicals or radiation. We sell walnuts in green shells, unshelled, fresh, and dried forms.

How should they be used?

You can consume walnuts directly or use them in cakes, pastries, ice cream, and jam.

Bahçemiz yerli ceviz bahçesidir, yerli üretim olmasi haricinde yerli ceviz çesitleri ile üretim yapmaktayiz. Yaslari farkli birçok ceviz agacimiz mevcut, en eski olani 30 yasindadir. Arazimizde 10-12 çesit yerli ceviz bulunmaktadir, hepsinin tadi, lezzeti dokusu birbirinden farkli ama hepsinin ortak özelligi son derece lezzetli olmasidir. Yag orani yüksek olmasi bir yana aromasi da oldukça farklidir.

Her yil temmuz sonu agustos basi hasada baslariz. Agaçtan özenle topladigimiz cevizler özel kurutma alanlarinda kurutulmaktadir. Herhangi bir kimyasal ve isina da maruz kalmamaktadir. Hem yesil kabuklu, hem yesil kabuksuz taze hem de kuru ceviz olarak satisimiz mevcuttur.

Cevizi ister direkt olarak tüketebilirsiniz ister pasta, kek ve hamur islerinde ayrica dondurma ve reçel yapiminda da kullanabilirsiniz.
