Ingredients: 1/3 cup frozen blueberries - 1/2 cup frozen strawberries - 1 cup kefir or probiotic yogurt drink of choice - 1 Tbsp + 1/4 tsp Carrington Farms organic chia seeds - 1/2 banana, sliced - 1 dried fig, sliced - 1 strawberry, sliced (or fruit of choice).
Directions: 1. Blend frozen berries, 1 Tbsp chia seeds and kefir to a thick consistency, for about 20 seconds. 2. Pour into a small bowl and layer fruit and remaining chia seeds on top. Bring out your favorite spoon and enjoy this delicious smoothie bowl with probiotic benefits!
Ingredients: 1 banana mashed - 2 cups coconut or almond milk - 2 tablespoons honey or agave - 1 cup Carrington Farms Chia Seeds - 1/4 cup Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Seeds.
Directions: In a sealable container, combine mashed banana, coconut or almond milk, and honey/agave. Close the container and shake to mix all the ingredients well. Add the chia and flax seeds and shake again. Refrigerate for at 2 hours or up to 3 days. Serve with cut bananas and a sprinkle of flax seeds on top.
Ingredients: 1 to 1 /12 cup(s) fruit of your choice - 1/4 cup juice of your choice - 3 tablespoons of organic whole mile vanilla yogurt - 3 ice cubes - Any combination of Carrington Farms organic seeds and grains - be creative!
Directions: Blend everything together in blender and enjoy!
Place 2 tbsp Carrington Farms organic roasted flax seeds in a small bowl with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, a tiny splash of vanilla extract and a small amount of water – just enough to stir it all up. Place covered bowl in fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. On a parchment-lined baking pan sprayed with Carrington Farms coconut oil cooking spray, spread flax seeds and sprinkle unsweetened dried coconut on top. Optional: drizzle with a little bit of honey. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes or just until golden brown and barely crisp. It is so aromatic and absolutely delicious on top of this parfait!

Part of the focus of Carrington Cares is the worldwide issue of hunger. That’s why we decided to address the issue right where we source our products, in the Philippines. In the local community, every week for 3 days a week, we feed lunch to 250 school children through Carrington Cares.
