Celandine insecticidal shampoo belongs to the group of insecticidal preparations.

Permethrin, which is part of the preparation, has a contact insecticidal effect on fleas, lice, and chewing lice that parasitize dogs and cats.

Permethrin acts by blocking the transmission of nerve impulses by disrupting the functioning of sodium channels in the membranes of nerve cells, which causes impaired motor coordination, paralysis, and the death of ectoparasites.

Celandine insecticidal shampoo is used for prophylactic and therapeutic purposes for entomoses (fleas, lice, chewing lice) of dogs and cats.

Contraindication for use is hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.

Weak, exhausted, infectious, and recovering animals should not be treated.

Before treatment, the animal's skin and hair are thoroughly moistened with warm water, then the shampoo is applied at a rate of 0.5-1.0 ml per 1 kg of animal weight, distributed over the entire surface of the body and lightly rubbed until foam forms, avoiding contact with the eyes and preventing the animals from licking the product.

After 2-3 minutes, the shampoo is thoroughly rinsed with warm water, the coat is combed with a comb and dried.

Repeat treatments of animals are carried out based on entomological indicators.

To prevent reinfestation of animals with fleas, bedding is replaced or treated with the product diluted with water (1:2), at a consumption rate of 10 ml / m2 of the treated surface.

For three days, do not allow the animal to come into contact with the treated bedding, and before subsequent use, wash it with detergent.

Перметрин, входящий в состав препарата, обладает контактным инсектицидным действием на блох, вшей и власоедов, паразитирующих на собаках и кошках.

Механизм действия перметрина заключается в блокировании передачи нервных импульсов путем нарушения функционирования натриевых каналов в мембранах нервных клеток, что вызывает нарушение координации движений, паралич и гибель эктопаразитов.

Чистотел шампунь инсектицидный применяют с профилактической и лечебной целью при энтомозах (блохи, вши, власоеды) собак и кошек. Противопоказанием к применению является повышенная индивидуальная чувствительность к компонентам препарата. Не подлежат обработке ослабленные, истощенные, больные инфекционными болезнями и выздоравливающие животные.

Перед обработкой кожно-волосяной покров животного обильно смачивают теплой водой, а затем наносят шампунь из расчета 0,5-1,0 мл на 1 кг массы животного, распределяют по всей поверхности тела и слегка втирают до образования пены, избегая попадания в глаза и предотвращая слизывание препарата животными. Через 2-3 минуты шампунь тщательно смывают теплой водой, шерсть расчесывают гребнем и высушивают.

Повторные обработки животных проводят по энтомологическим показателям.

Для предотвращения повторного заражения животных блохами подстилки заменяют или обрабатывают их препаратом в разведении водой (1:2), с нормой расхода 10 мл/м2 обрабатываемой поверхности. В течение трех дней не допускают контакта животного с обработанной подстилкой, а перед последующим использованием ее стирают с моющим средством.
