GENERAL INFORMATION
POLLEN
When pollen is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is high performance. This performance, evident in every aspect of life, stems from the fact that bee pollen contains vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids—many essential elements for life—in the highest proportions and quality. Pollen, known as the essence of plant life, is also known as "perfect food."
Incredible amounts of essential and B vitamins contribute to vitality and liver health. It provides growing children with the protein and all the essential amino acids they need (all amino acids that cannot be produced in the body). It is 200 times more antioxidant (cancer-protective) than its closest competitor. One teaspoon of pollen contains as much essential amino acids as 2 kilograms of boneless, lean meat or 12 liters of milk.
While total digestion takes only two hours, pollen is, according to research, one of the most easily digested foods and, thanks to its essential nutrients and nutrients, is one of the fastest-acting foods in our bodies. The performance loss that occurs after meals, when a significant portion of the body's blood plays a role in digestion, is not experienced by consuming pollen instead of meals. On the contrary, the extra performance boost that comes with pollen is added. Businessmen with busy schedules and meetings, or scientists and students who need to stay fit, can take pollen alone with some meals to benefit from this property of pollen. This way, all the essential nutrients and nutrients are absorbed while also feeling full for a longer period of time. Pollen intake for meals can be increased to 25-30 grams. Pollen
Warning: It is recommended that those consuming pollen for the first time start with small amounts, such as half a teaspoon, and gradually increase to the ideal doses over time!

Start with a teaspoon and increase the amount daily, reaching 10-15 grams within a week or two. For anabolic effects, you should increase the daily amount to over 32 grams. If this amount is targeted, it's best to gradually increase the dose over a period of one to one and a half months. Do not exceed 35 grams!
The amounts listed above are for adults. For children, a daily intake of 3-5 grams is sufficient. For children aged 2-6, a daily intake of 2 grams is recommended.
A Procedure Before Using Bee Pollen.
The bee pollen we offer is obtained under organic and natural conditions using filters installed directly at the entrances of beehives. It has been dried naturally without any further processing to preserve its properties. Therefore, the product may contain dust particles no more than one part per thousand. When placed in a small amount of water before use, the dust will float to the surface, and you can remove it by scooping it out with a spoon.
How to Use.
You can use bee pollen in many ways. You can even find a different method that suits you best. Pollen dissolves when left in water or liquid for a while. In slightly warmed liquid (up to 40-45 degrees Celsius. It begins to lose its properties in warmer environments), it dissolves immediately, just like sugar dissolves in tea. You can use this solution with fruit juice, milk, or plain. We recommend consuming it plain to avoid excess calories. It has a slightly sweet taste. However, if this doesn't suit your taste and you don't want to consume it with other food additives, you can spoon it into your mouth, drink a glass of water, and swallow it like a pill.
Give Your Children Mixtures They'll Love.
Children may not like the taste of pollen. We can give it to them by mixing it with sweetened milk or honey.
