Our Pervari natural extracted flower honey is produced in the highlands of the Pervari district of Siirt province, at altitudes between 2300 and 2900. It is made from honey scraps left over from the black hives. After this extraction process, the remaining scraps are removed to obtain clear extracted honey. Natural extracted honey may crystallize over time. If it does, it should be kept in warm water at 45 C until it dissolves. Store in a cool, dry place.
