CentriVet CE test strips, containing a chemical reagent system, are specially calibrated for dogs and cats and are designed to determine blood glucose levels using the CentriVet analyzer.

Blood is applied to the tip of the test strip and then automatically drawn into the well, where a reaction occurs during which a transient electrical current is generated, and based on this, the glucose concentration is calculated, then the result is displayed on the glucometer display.
