Цейлонский чай Кинтон "Super Pekoe" Супер пеко, один из лучших представителей настоящего цейлонского чая. Стандарт чая Пеко Pekoe (Пеко) – английский вариант китайского слова «Пак Хоа». В настоящее время термин «Пеко» используется для обозначения элитных чаев состоящих из самых молодых листьев - как правило, первых трех листков. Листья скручены в шарики, так называемые «барашки». Скручивание выполняется в специальных машинах (роллерах), сдавливающих и скручивающих листья до появления сока, который соединяется с кислородом. В момент сдавливания и начинается процесс ферментации, когда образуются эфирные масла – источники аромата чая. Чай "Super Pekoe" Супер Пеко отличается более однородыми и туго скрученными "барашками"
