This black tea originates from the Assam region of India and is organically grown. It is a F.O.P. (Flowery Orange Pekoe): this is the finest plucking, composed of the terminal bud and the two innermost leaves. A black tea with a delicate, mild, coppery cup flavor. To prepare this black tea, we recommend steeping it for 4 to 5 minutes in water at 95 C (203 F). Sold in 200-gram zip-lock bags, double-lined and resealable to preserve the product's quality.
