This white tea, originating from the XI Shuang Ban Na region in southern Yunnan, is one of the first harvests, from April and May. It is a fine tea, sought after by connoisseurs. Yunnan is home to the forest where the first tea plants were grown, on the borders of Laos and Myanmar. The starting point of the first tea routes and the horse trade, the region remains true to its history. It has also been one of the two largest tea producers for the past 60 years. Of all the tea varieties, white tea undergoes the least elaborate processing, yet its production is one of the most delicate. For this tea, a bud and the two leaves beneath it are harvested just as the bud begins to open. The harvest undergoes only two processes: withering in the open air and drying (removal of moisture using a hot air dryer). The teas are then sorted by hand before being packaged. Packaged in a 200-gram biodegradable, double-layered, resealable bag to preserve product quality. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Infuse hot water at 70 C for 2 to 3 minutes. C'est un thé fin et recherché des connaisseurs. Le Yunnan abrite la forêt où sont nés les premiers théiers, aux portes du Laos et de la Birmanie. Point de départ des premières routes de thé et des chevaux, la région reste fidèle à son histoire. C'est par ailleurs l'un des deux plus gros producteurs de thé depuis 60 ans. De toutes les familles de thé, le thé blanc est celle qui fait l'objet de la fabrication la moins élaborée, et pourtant sa production est l'une des plus délicate. Pour ce thé on récolte un bourgeon et les deux feuilles sous-jacente, juste au moment où le bourgeon commence à s'ouvrir. La récolte ne subit que deux opérations : un flétrissage à l'air libre et une dessiccation (élimination de l'humidité par séchoir à air chaud). Les thés sont ensuite trié à la main avant d'être conditionné. Conditionné en sachet biodégradable de 200 grammes doublé et refermable afin de préserver la qualité du produit. MODE D'EMPLOI Laissez infuser de l'eau chaude à 70 C pendant 2 à 3 minutes. Utilisez de l'eau au pH neutre pour libérer tous les arômes. AVERTISSEMENT DE SÉCURITÉ Contient de la caféine.
