VARY THE PLEASURES: Dried porcini mushrooms are part of a wide range of Champiland dried mushrooms, of impeccable quality. Also discover our dried morels, dried chanterelles, dried trumpets, and exotic mushrooms, such as shiitakes or black mushrooms. PREPARATION TIPS: To rehydrate dried mushrooms, place them in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Maintain a boil for 7 minutes. Remove the mushrooms with a slotted spoon. Rinse several times with plenty of water and drain. The mushrooms are now ready to be cooked like fresh mushrooms, according to your desires.
