A Coffee That Those Who Love Fruity Flavors Should Not Miss

This coffee, processed using a Natural Anaerobic method, will initially infuse your palate with fruit flavors, as if you were drinking a mixed fruit juice.This taste will immediately give way to the taste of green apple.The aftertaste (after swallowing) will leave a cinnamon-flavored aftertaste, reminiscent of apple cookies.This low-bodied coffee will make you want to drink several cups a day.This is a coffee that should definitely satisfy the palate of those who enjoy fruity coffees.
You can brew it with equipment like the V60, Aeropress, Chemex, and French Press, and at a 1 16.6 ratio.Story:Kenean Dukamo won 2nd place in the 2022 Cup of Excellence Ethiopia, a draw he prepared and processed at Gatta Farm.Gatta Farm is where he and his father, Asefa, run a special specialty program. Kenean prepared this 2023 lot using the same methods he used in the 2022 COE competition. We present this limited lot to you.In the Natural Anaerobic Fermentation process, ripe and clean coffee cherries are first selected.They are then hand-sorted and pre-cleaned by floating.Secondly, the cleaned cherries are anaerobically fermented in sealed containers for 144 hours.Finally, the cherries are laid out on raised African beds shaded by tall trees for 18 to 22 days to dry.
