Colona is a family business founded in 1963. As an anecdote, the name Colona comes from the combination of the name Colon and the A of Albert, founder of the company. The origin of the company was a sauce for preparing filet américain, developed and manufactured in the cellar of the family home and offered to local butchers. 4 generations later, the company, located in the Waremmien industrial zone, produces a wide range of cold emulsified sauces, all in strict compliance with international food safety standards and maintaining a traditional manufacturing process.
