Your natural solution is served. Our naturally colorful Rainbow Pancake Mix is gluten-free, plant-based, artificial dye-free, non-GMO and vegan friendly, making it a fun breakfast activity that everyone can enjoy! Makes 10-12 naturally colorful pancakes.

DIRECTIONS Blend pancake mix with milk, butter and eggs. Split batter into 4 bowls, approx ¾ cup each. Add 1 color packet to each bowl and blend until all the color has dissolved.

In 2 new bowls mix more colors (see color mixing below).

COLOR MIXING For purple mix equal parts pink and blue batter

For orange mix 2 parts yellow to 1 part pink batter

Suggested Use

What you need:

1 1/2 cup milk (or substitute)
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs (or egg substitute)

Directions:

Split dry mix (approx 1¼ cup) into 3 medium sized bowls.
Add 1 color packet to each bowl and blend dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix milk, oil and eggs.
Add equal parts liquid ingredients (under ¾ cups) to bowls of dry mix and blend with a whisk or hand mixer.
Use low heat on skillet and do not overcook.

Color Mixing:

For purple mix equal parts pink and blue batter
For green mix 1 ½ parts yellow to 1 part blue batter
For orange mix 2 parts yellow to 1 part pink batter

Organic white rice flour, organic cane sugar, organic potato starch, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt, xanthan gum. pink color: maltodextrin, beet powder. blue color: maltodextrin, spirulina extract. yellow color: maltodextrin, turmeric.
