Initial (first serving) Directions: To assess your individual tolerance to the ergogenic matrix, combine 1/2 scoop of Purple Wraath with 5-10 oz. of water and consume it before, during and/or after your workout. Shake well before drinking. Immediately discontinue use and contact your healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reactions to this product.

Directions For Regular Use: Combine 1-2 scoops of Purple Wraath with 20-40 oz. of water, and consume it during the workout or over an extended period of time (pre-workout, during your workout, and post-workout). Shake well before drinking. For best results, Purple Wraath should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with adequate daily water consumption, and a balanced diet.

The Beta Alanine in this product may cause slight tingling in some people. This is a natural characteristic.
