Q:Does the probiotic need to be taken on an empty stomach to be most effective?

Q: Why doesn't this probiotic supplement require refrigeration?
A:Advanced Daily Probiotic Supplement vegetarian capsules are acid-resistant (and bile-resistant) and break down in the small intestine rather than the stomach. A cryoprotectant stabilization process makes the vegetarian capsules shelf-stable. Intestinal fluid dissolves the capsule content directly into the small intestine. The capsules are sealed in a nitrogen-purged blister pack to protect from heat, moisture, and oxygen.
This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture and heat. Do NOT open the nitrogen-purged blister pack until you are ready to take the probiotic supplement.
