Please note the following when using your Azelaic Acid product:

Do you see white crystals in the product? Don't worry because it's a normal product! Soak it in warm water for 15 minutes. It is a crystal of active ingredient caused by low winter temperature. If you are using the product for the first time, soak it in warm water for 10 minutes. Please store at room temperature. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or feel strange.
