Our French fry seasoning combines hand-harvested fleur de sel with mustard, oregano, basil, thyme, coriander, and pepper. Perfectly suited for French fries, fried potatoes, baked potatoes, and all types of potato dishes – for the salty and spicy taste of Mediterranean cuisine. The fleur de sel is traditionally hand-harvested and is rich in valuable minerals. Packaged in a resealable Doypack, the blend stays fresh and aromatic for a long time. Recommended dosage: 1 to 2 or 2 to 4 teaspoons depending on the dish. Tip: Season French fries and fried potatoes after preparation toss baked potatoes with the blend and a little oil before baking. Parfaitement adapté pour les frites, les pommes de terre frites, les pommes de terre au four et les plats de pommes de terre de tout type – pour le goût salé et épicé de la cuisine méditerranéenne. La fleur de sel est traditionnellement obtenue à la main et est riche en minéraux précieux. Emballé dans un Doypack refermable, le mélange reste frais et aromatique pendant longtemps. Dosage recommandé : 1 à 2 ou 2 à 4 cuillères à café selon le plat.
