Apply lotion afterward (lotion not Included). It's a little awkward on the knees and ankles, but you'll find a way to make it work. Don't press down too hard, be firm but gentle. It does NOT hurt, and should not hurt when you use it. Do small circular motions as you move it along the skin. Only apply to dry skin (Avoid Using on Any Sensitive Skin).
