This was originally a Portuguese dish transported to Goa, a region of south India, by explorers in the 16th century. The word Vindaloo takes its name from “vinho” (wine/vinegar) and “alhos” (garlic).

OUR CURRY IDEA

Our recipes are inspired by different Indian cuisines that will surely win many hearts by creating some outstanding palettes for one and all.

Meats marinated in yogurt will give the dish maximum flavor. Some chefs have interpreted the “aloo” part of vindaloo, meaning potato and have introduced diced potato in the dish.

This is an authentic Indian condensed curry sauce made in olive oil. All our curries are made with all natural ingredients. We don't add any artificial preservatives. It includes a glorious range of spices and meats marinated in yogurt will give the dish maximum flavor. Add diced potatoes for extra flavor

• Empty the jar over 1.5lb lamb in a pan and sauté for 10 mins
• Add 4 cups of water and simmer for 45 minutes or till meat is fully cooked
• Serve over steamed basmati Rice and Naan.
