Step 1

Hunt for the L(left) and R(right) markings on the insoles.

Step 2

Attach the double-sided tape to the same position on the back of the CYBOWING I insole as in the picture.

Step 3

Take out the insole you're using and wipe it clean.

Step 4

Make sure the surface inside the shoe (including the insole) is nice and flat

Step 5

Remove the double-sided tape protect film

Step 6

Attach the CYBOWING I insole to the heel and arch and make sure the CYBOWING I insole lies flat and flush against the end sides of the shoe's insole.

Step 7

Slip your shoes on and gauge the comfort of your arch and heel.

Step 8. If you notice any discomfort around the arch or the heel, take the insole out, readjust it in the right direction (right, left, up, and down), and reattach it. If discomfort persists, stop wearing them.
