Preparation
Menengiç CoffeeIt can be prepared in two ways, using milk and water. Menengiç Coffee, which is generally preferred to be cooked with milk, is recommended to use skim or semi-skimmed milk because of its oily texture. Depending on the number of people you are serving, you can obtain a delicious coffee by slowly stirring 1 heaping teaspoon of Menengiç Coffee with a cup's worth of milk or water in a coffee pot over low heat. If you prefer milk, you can add more than a teaspoon of menengiç coffee. The amount ofmenengiç coffeeyou can adjust according to your taste. You can add sugar if desired.
Stir Dagcioglu liquid menengiç coffee before using and store at room temperature.
