CHAMOMILE HYDROSOL(Matricaria chamomillaL.)

Hydrosols obtained during steam distillation of plants are waters loaded with aromatic compounds of flowers or plants. They are referred to as Hydrosol or Plant Water. It contains all the healing properties of the plant or flower.

Obtaining Method:

The oily aromatic water that remains under the oil during the extraction of essential oil from flowers by water distillation.

Area of Use and Benefits

It is used as a sedative by spraying it into the room or by releasing its vapor into the environment through a diffuser (air diffuser) to reduce mental distress such as tension, worry and anxiety. Additionally, spraying it on pillows and sheets helps for a calm and peaceful sleep.

It is used as facial cleansing water and facial tonic. It cleans the skin deeply. It helps shrink the pores on the skin. It strengthens and moisturizes the hair by nourishing the hair roots.

It is used in aromatherapy centers for body massage or by adding it to bath water.

Storage Conditions

It should be stored in a cool environment, out of reach of children, protected from heat, light and moisture.

If it is tried for the first time, it should be applied to a small spot on the skin and waited for 1 hour before use in case of a reaction, and if no reaction occurs, it should be applied to the skin.

It should not be contacted with eyes. In case of contact, eyes should be washed with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and a physician should be consulted.

Although it has a lighter structure than essential oil, it would be appropriate for people with sensitive skin to avoid going out in the sun for a few hours after using it.

Bitkilerin buharla damitilmasi sirasinda elde edilen hidrosoller, çiçek veya bitkilerin aromatik bilesikleri ile yüklü sulardir. Hidrosol veya Bitki Suyu olarak anilirlar. Bitkinin veya çiçegin tüm sifali özelliklerini içerir.

Elde Etme Yöntemi:

Çiçeklerden su distilasyonu ile uçucu yag elde edilisi sirasinda yagin altinda kalan yagli aromatik su.

Kullanim Alani Ve Faydalari

Gerginlik, endise, kaygi gibi ruhsal sikintilari azaltmak üzere sakinlestirici olarak sprey seklinde oda içerisine sikilarak ya da bir difüzör (hava yayici) araciligi ile ortama buhari verilerek kullanilir. Ayrica yastik ve çarsaflara püskürtülmesi de sakin ve huzurlu bir uyku için yardimci olur.

Yüz temizleme suyu ve yüz tonigi olarak kullanilir. Cildi derinlemesine temizler. Ciltteki gözeneklerin küçülmesine yardimci olur. Saç köklerini besleyerek saçlari güçlendirir ve nemlendirir.

Aromaterapi merkezlerinde vücut masaji için veya banyo suyuna katilarak kullanilir.

Çocuklarin erisemeyecegi yerlerde Isi, isik ve nemden korunacak sekilde, serin bir ortamda saklanmalidir.
