Composition: Lactococcus Lactis Sub.Lactis lactococcus lactis subsp.Cremoris Lactis Biovar Diacetylactis Leuconostoc Mesenteroides Sub.Cremoris streptococcus thermophilus storage: between 2 C and 5 C ambient temperature during the transport is allowed.Application notice: Add the culture as such directly to the milk.Stir the milk for a few minutes, so that a homogeneous distribution of culture is secured.

Cremoris Streptococcus thermophilus Aufbewahrung: zwischen 2 C und 5 C Umgebungstemperatur wärend des Transportes ist erlaubt. Anwendungshinweis: Die Kultur als solche direkt der Milch zugeben. Die Milch ein paar Minuten rühren, so das eine homogene Verteilung der Kultur gesichert ist.

Lagerung: Im Kühlschrank gekühlt und luftdicht aufbewahren. Dosierung: ca. ½ Teelöffel auf 5 Liter Milch (entspricht ca. 0,5 g). Inhalt: 7,5 g gefriergetrocknete Kulturen. Diese Kultur ist ideal für Tilsitter, Gouda und Weichkäse und sorgt bei diesem für einen geschmeidigen Käseteig ohne festen Kern.
