DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Davert – Jasmin riz blanc – 500 g – Lot de 8 -- Du projet Ibis Rice -- Notre riz jasmin est cultivé par des familles d'agriculteurs cambodgiens dans le cadre du projet Ibis Rice. Les directives de projet protègent les oiseaux aquatiques Ibis et l'environnement. Pour 2 personnes, faire bouillir 125 g de riz jasmin dans 250 ml d'eau légèrement salée et laisser bouillir légèrement pendant 10 à 15 minutes. Le riz au jasmin blanc se caractérise par son parfum intense. Déjà lors de la cuisson, la cuisine domestique se transforme en un temple gourmet d'Extrême-Orient. Il peut surtout être utilisé comme accompagnement pour les plats asiatiques.
