De Cecco is the first pasta certified for its distinctive quality, based on important parameters such as: the use of high particle size (40 with a diameter greater than 400 microns) to preserve the integrity of the gluten and a coarse bronze dyed finish to give the pasta the ideal roughness that allows it to adhere perfectly to sauces. Furthermore, De Cecco guarantees high protein quality (gluten index above 70) to ensure the perfect firmness of the cooked durum wheat pasta. - Preparation and use: For perfect cooking: use 3 liters of water per 250g. Add salt and pour the pasta over the pasta when the water boils. Stir occasionally. Once cooked, drain and season as desired. Cooking time: 4 minutes.
