Kamut Pasta – Khorasan Wheat Brand Spaghetti No. 12. Historically, it has an official record of the name "spaghetti" in the first dictionary of the Italian language by Nicolò Tommaseo and Bernardo Bellini (1819). Here, spaghetti is listed as "the unique masculine diminutive of string," and it indicates "Minestra d'Espaghetti": which are pasta made from thick, thin, long strings, like hair. A curious fact: in 1957, the BBC broadcast the first documentary on spaghetti production, and the following day the television studios were jammed with calls from viewers asking for the names of spaghetti manufacturers and distributors to buy it. Spaghetti is so versatile that it can be served with any accompaniment, from fish to meat, vegetables to cheeses, but it is also excellent simply dressed with extra virgin olive oil and a dusting of Parmesan cheese. 500g box
