Proper Use:

For French Press: Grind to the consistency of coarse, coarse sea salt.
For V60 (Pour Over), Chemex, and Paper Filter: Grind to a medium-coarse sand consistency.
For Aeropress and Moca Pot, a medium-fine grind should be used, with a consistency similar to granulated sugar.
If you prefer your coffee ground, De la Pau filter coffees are ground to a standard filter coffee grind compatible with all machines, including the V60 and Chemex. If you require ground coffee for a special option such as a French Press, Moca Pot, or Syphon, simply let us know using the "Ask Seller a Question" button. Our ground coffees are ground and packaged as soon as possible before shipping to you. Our team works tirelessly to deliver the freshest coffees to you.
Important Note:
For a better aroma and healthier brewing, remember to wet your filter coffee paper before brewing, leaving no dry areas.Make sure your brewing equipment or machine is clean.
Inappropriate Use:
The V60 is not a suitable option for those who do not have a filter coffee brewing apparatus or a filter coffee machine such as a Chemex or French Press. It is suitable for those who will consume plain or milk filter coffee. Users of fully automatic espresso machines that produce coffees such as latte and cappuccino should consider the Espresso Kreo, Espresso Rena, and Espresso Giza alternatives.
