Franconian Bread Spice 100 g

Franconian Bread Spice has an intense aromatic scent of fennel and coriander. It is finely ground and easy to dose. We recommend one tablespoon of bread spice per kilogram of dough. Depending on your preference, Franconian Bread Spice can of course be dosed lower or higher. Other ingredients can be added to make the b spicy and aromatic.

Our Franconian bread spice consists solely of fennel and coriander. We do not use flavor enhancers, flavorings, or colorings in our spice and spice blends.

Using Franconian bread spice, ground

Bread rolls: Franconian bread spice gives homemade bread, rolls, and other savory baked goods a spicy note unique to Franconian farmhouse bread.
